Refund Policy & Billing Policies

Thank you for shopping at Cart Integrator operated by Cart Integrator.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Refund & Billing Policies:
- You & Your means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Cart Integrator, 51 Granitefield Manor, Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Cart Integrator, accessible from https://www.cartintegrator.com
- Goods refer to the items and professional services offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 from the date on which You placed Your order.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The following Goods cannot be refunded:
- The supply of Goods or Services made to Your specifications
- Consultancy Fees paid to Cart Integrator where the service was provided to You
- Personalization of Your store as part of our concierge service
- Customization of Your Kartra account as part of our concierge service
- Setup fees associated to Your hosting account, if you purchased these
- Domain registration fees if you purchased these.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Cancellation Process
Creating a Cancellation request: A request to cancel a Cart Integrator application must be initiated at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Any other request to cancel a Cart Integrator application must be made via our customer support portal (https://www.cartintegrator.com/Help-Desk with a Cart Integrator representative at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Customers are encouraged to keep records of all communications regarding cancellation. Until a cancellation request is made, or a cancellation processed via the self-service portal, Cart Integrator will continue to treat it as an open account. Unless cancelled, the billing cycle will continue, possibly resulting in a past due account that may be turned over to a third party collection service. It is imperative that you chat with a Cart Integrator representative or submit an online ticket through the Help Desk if you wish to initiate cancellation of your Cart Integrator account.
Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or nullify previously agreed charges. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be turned over to a third-party collection service.
Domain Name Registration
Domain Name Registration and renewal are not included in your package. If required these can be purchased separately. Please contact our support team if you require this service.
Hosting Terms
As part of your Cart Integrator Store setup we create an account on our hosting platform where your store will reside. You can point your domain to this account using the appropriate CNAME record so that the store is accessible from your domain.
Hosting Billing Terms
Your Cart Integrator Store order includes 1 years hosting of your store on our hosting platform. After 365 days you will be required to pay for your next year’s hosting. If you fail to renew your hosting with us you will be notified and provided with 30 days to remove your data from our servers. After 30 days we reserve the right to delete your account and all data without notice. Hosting renewal will be charged at the rate of €100 ex VAT per year.
Hosting & Domain Transfer
Should you wish to transfer your domain and hosting to a different provider this is subject to the following conditions;
- No transfer can occur within the first 30 days of purchase
- Transfers can only happen at the end of a billing cycle when all payments are up to date
- Prior to requesting a hosting or domain transfer our support team must be notified by raising a ticket with our help desk
Cart Integrator Store Support Agreement
Included with your Cart Integrator Store is the 1st year technical support of the solutions we configure or install in your store. Support for 3rd party software is not included and such support will be deemed as a billable extra. Our support team will provide you with a quotation for such 3rd party support for your approval and payment prior to commencement of any support services.
Cart Integrator Store Support Agreement Renewal
At the end of your first year you will be notified by Cart Integrator that your support entitlements are expiring and you will be offered the opportunity to renew your support agreement. Failure to renew your support agreement will end your entitlement to support from Cart Integrator. Any support requests received after expiration will be deemed to be billable and a quotation will be provided for such support by our support team for your approval and payment prior to commencement of any support services. Cart Integrator Store Support renewal will be charged at the rate of €150 ex VAT per year.
3rd Party Software Extension Support Renewals
Included in your Cart Integrator Store are 3rd party software extensions which come with their own support agreements. Upon expiration of these support agreements you must purchase an agreement upgrade to receive product updates and support. You will be notified by Cart Integrator and failure to upgrade is at your own discretion.
This does not affect your 1st year support provided by Cart Integrator.
Billing Disputes
Each Cart Integrator customer agrees to provide Cart Integrator 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Should Cart Integrator receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer's behalf before Cart Integrator has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Cart Integrator has the right to charge the customer for its time spent in resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred by Cart Integrator, in addition to the €50 chargeback fee mentioned above. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, Cart Integrator retains the right to collect on any Services or fees that are due. Cart Integrator may submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, Cart Integrator has the right to suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland.
Any dispute which arises out of this Agreement that cannot be settled shall be referred to arbitration and be conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce in force. The number of arbitrators shall be three. All such proceedings shall be held in Ireland and shall be conducted in the English language which shall also be the language of all documents and the award.
In the event any suit or other action is commenced relating to the construction or enforcement of this Agreement, the unsuccessful party shall indemnify the successful party for its reasonable legal costs in such suit or action.
This Article will not preclude either Party from obtaining interim or injunctive relief on an immediate basis from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration.
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held by a court to be unenforceable, the remaining portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Cart Integrator reserves the right to change these policies at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policies shall be posted on https://www.cartintegrator.com/ immediately.
